TERMS:


The Festival will take place in Dubrovnik, Croatia from 21st – 23rd October, 2010.

 

The program will consist of two parts:
· FIRST PART: minimum 3 a capella performances (1 modern - 20th cen., 1 national and 1 renaissance), duration 15-20 min/depending on number of registered choirs. (Thursday OR Friday)

· SECOND PART: One or more compositions per choir, duration 4-5 min, and joint performance of all participating choirs. (Saturday)

All interested choirs have to apply and send all required enclosures by August 1st, 2010.


REGISTRATION FEE is € 20,00 per choir member.

Payments
The total amount of the registration fee should be paid by August 1st, 2010.

Cancellation fees
50% of the initial payment is refundable only in case of cancellation before September 1st.
In case of cancellations made after September 2nd, the total amount already paid will be charged as cancellation fee.

Accommodation is provided at hotel Tirena 3*


From 20.- 24.10.2010.

- 2 single rooms per choir at price of package in double room

package in double room = € 185,00 per person includes

· 4 x bed & breakfast

· welcome drink

· gala party

· city tax

Additional night = € 30,00 per person for B&B in a double room
Half board supplement (dinner) = € 7,00 per person

Additional single room = € 10,00 per day

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

 

On request the organizer can provide the following extra services:

· Bus transfer (airport-hotel-airport) – on request

· Dubrovnik Old Town sightseeing and other excursions – on request
